GreenChef — gas stove flame burning low

Stove is just 2 years old. It is 2burner stove.
The flames are burning very low.
The stove immediately gets off whn it is turned to sim.. So we are not able to cook at low flame at all. Its been very difficult while preparing soft dishes which does not require high flame.
We tried calling customer care number a several time from past one week, but the call is not connecting. Please contact the respective engineer and resolve the issue at the earliest.
