Green chef mixer grinder - broken top

Dear sir,
I was presented with a Greenchef mixer on my 80th birthday by the MD of Sri Sankara tv, MR SRIRAM -Chennai.
I am the presenter of a cookery show- Pattu Vaithyam.
well I was very happy using your Greenchef mixie for the past 6 months happily, recommending your brand to many of my friends.

Service is not getting for wet grinder which is under warranty

I bought greenchef wet grinder on 24 Dec 2020. I have used hardly 3 years and now motor seems weak. So it is not properly functioning. I have requested service center to get it serviced. They said that this model of wetgrinder is discontinued and sparepart is not available. As per the terms, greenchef is providing 5 years of warranty time for motor.

What sort of service this company is providing? I have called and registered...

I have a greenchef maxo induction but it is not working properly, on turning it on only 800w led blinks.I had complained before this on 20th Jan then your mechanic came yesterday on 5th Feb but induction is still not working same problem even now I told Your mechanic he didn't give me any satisfactory answer.

Induction not working proper

Whenever I turn on the induction an alarm is heard and the heating is turned off.
I am call many times on Customer service number but no reply to me 🙁 i am really hurt because, my new induction only worked for 3 days...

          Hi I purchased a Greenchef Glace Glass Automatic HOB 3 Burner on Feb 14 2023 and was using it for a while but today my stove suddenly started leaking and the gas company serviceman confirmed that the fault is from the Stove and not from the gas cylinder. I tried calling Customer support PH#[protected] /[protected], 91 [protected]. +91 [protected] but none of the numbers works. I don't know why you have so many fake numbers as customer support. If my house is on fire, Greenchef company will be responsible for poor service. I need resolution for my gas stove repair.
