GreenChef — Gas stove refund and repair

I had purchased the stove 4-5 years back and it was leaking gas. The technician came and visited to our house and asked to either replace or buy new one. Since, the gas stove is good, we checked with customer care team. They told us change the parts of the stove. Pics were sent and they only confirmed to change certains (all) parts after seeing the pic. Since, risk of human life and confirmed by the technician, we thought, it would be better to replace. Infact, The techinician did not check the stove properly previously rather asked us change and visiting fee is paid. The trust is that, the burner are old and fire is leaking from the burner (top burners and only two). The technician did not check the leaking at connecting hose pipe from the cylinder (which is attached to the stove and the hose also) But blindly suggested without proper inspection. Now the time to came for replacement, the new parts were sent to us after payment (the checking is done by the team itself after verifying the pic) and asked me make payment. I have asked for details for the same. The proper details are not provided and without checking the items (which is in use), made me to make payment. The drip plate, burner set and stand for holding vessels. Infact, only burners were to be replaced and not the entire set of the stove. Even after payment, the goods are not delivered. It took 5-6 days to deliver. I need to followup for everything and reminder sent.
The technician also not visited to installed immediately. After checking, the stove, it was found that, the set sent by the greenchef team is also not matching. The technician spoke to the team and confirmed that, the stove will be taken to the office and in turn, two burner stove will be provided. Even after this 3-4 days no response found. Again called and followed up.
Finally, the person came to pic the stove. After a week (may 4-5 days), after reminders, the stove was brought back for use. In the first instance, the one set of burner was installed wrongly and can not be useable. The technician uninstalled and installed.
For our surprise, later, we found that, the serving is not done properly. The black firing is hapening. Even after the nob is off, the gas leaking. The fire is still on and burning under the stove with the help of gas leak. Immediatly called the technician, and he asked me to send the pics to whatsupp. He confirmed that, the arrangements will be made for immeidaite repair but the customer care team is denying to send the technician and is available only after one day. I have confirmed to them that, you will come and see our death when there is emergency. It is ridiculous and no importance is given. When there is emergency is there, the team is not giving importance for a person's life
In this regard, i have unutilised inventory which is need to be given refund and immediate response and arranging technician.
