I have purchased the Greenchef gas hob in June 2021. I have used it not more than 5 months as last year most of the time i was in my native due to covid lock down. Today suddenly the glass top got crack and most importantly when the crack happened nothing was on the stove and no one was near. I am clueless for what happened and when i called customer care they told 2590rs to replace the glass and they cannot provide any warranty for the new glass. Customer care representive didn't have the patience to listen and she cut the call while i was asking my queries and concerns.
If i have purchased the new glass for 2590 and if it got sudden crack without any reason in a week or two... Who can take the responsibility?
