Green chef fresh coolz tower fan is not functioning after 10 months from purchase date. We reached the store where we purchased the fan but they asked us to contact the manufacturer for service and told they are not doing any services for this tower fan. When we contacted the customer care of green chef they are asking to return the tower fan to the store where it was purchased and said they does not do any services at home.
Since the fan is not functioning and response from customer care is also not appealing we will not be suggesting this product and ask people not to buy this tower fan from green chef in future if this fan is not being serviced on time

This green chef brand gas geyer is in mouth stopped suddenly working and I am to contact to complain to company they not picking the in toll free service then who can slove this. And more over how I am so contact them this really ashamed to me to this product

The gas stove burners are bad quality. It may lead to fire accident. Please replace he same.
