Respected sir, I am informing you about complain service of insurance claim. I gave my car on 28th april 2017 and they call me on 7th june and said that your car is ready and when i went to body shop i saw my car some part without denting painting of back side and bumper cap is also missing and when i told them about this they said to solve this problem and for collect come on 8th june and on 8th june when i went their they told me to come on 9th june and then i went their on 10th june they painted side back denting and bumper cap was also not their. It was such a painful experience in a workshop/bodyshop authorised by maruti suzuki india limited and such experience end with loss of trust on maruti suzuki's brand/products/services. In the light of above case and treatment to a customer, it is requested to resolve the matter by taking some urgent and strict action on such authorised service station of maruti suzuki so that a customer does not get cheated and treated in the future.
