I'm Jithun from Chennai and I have been enrolled for a training class for Finops in AWS Cloud computing. I hardly attended 2 to 3 training sessions as I couldn't not cope up due to my work schedule. I have paid an amount of Rs. 12000 as a fee for the same. Since I have not attended any of the classes more than 3 sessions I have been asking one of the representatives' Ms. Keerthiga for a refund of the same for more than a year. But it is very awful that they are not in a mindset to refund the paid amount back after making necessary deductions. But I'm not able to get a proper response. I'm not able to get any other person also for for swapping it. I hereby request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve ASAP. Screenshot of payment have been attached herewith.
