Greens Technologys — Regarding a Refund Amount

Hello,

I am Vishnu MR.I have Joined Greens technology on OCT 5 for "Selenium Java" in Tambaram sanatorium Branch. My point of contact is "Prabhakaran"(Manager).I went to the class only for 3 days. I was not able to attend the class after that. I informed to "Prabhakaran"(Manager) stating I am not able to continue the class due to some personal reasons. I was asking him a Refund amount .I also informed him that take 3 days of amount from my fees and return me the remaining amount. But "Prabhakaran"(Manager) is very rood to me and his answer was we cannot refund any amount. Do what ever you can i can face all the problems but I cannot return the amount. I was requesting him a lot. I am from a poor background family and 16000 amount is huge for us. Kindly help me on this case. I need a refund amount.
