Grofers — amount debited twice from my account

I have ordered products in grofers of amount 4241/- on 14th august 2019.
My payment is debited twice from my account, i tried a lot to put complaint in grofers customers care but i am not getting any response till date.
Please do something its a big amount
I am not getting any other way to solve my problem, please look into this matter as soon as possible
