Grofers — complaint against grofers

I placed the order on 20/8/2020... It was supposed to deliver on 24/08/2020. But the delivery person came and told that fortune soya bean oil 5l can cannot be delivered because last time i returned 5 packets of oil as packets were teared.

This is unacceptable that they give this reason. Does grofers work in this manner.

I called the cust service and talked to area sales manager, he told that the cans were damaged thats y they could not deliver. And then he assured that the product will be delivered as soon as possible and he has rescheduled the order. Now it was supposed to get delivered on 28/08/2020.

On 28/08/2020, i received a message that order is on the way and will be delivered by the agent ankit pandit by 7 pm. I called that agent and he said that ur order is of h block and he said that i am coming in 15 mins... Then he asked whats ur name,,, i told him my name.. Suddenly he said sorry your order cannot be delivered bcz the cans are damaged.

For grocery items, we had to wait for such a long time... 8 days have been past for the basic neccesities. They cancelled the delivery 2 times.

I want that appropriate action to be taken against grofers.
