Hi i made 3order on 14 15 october 2.34 separately. 14 october worth order 2003 and 619 worth order was deliver. On time but 2nd order worth 1033 was not delivered. On 3rd delivery i complaint to delivery boy he said delivery will happen today. Order was missing after waiting i message and cancelled order. Order was showing packed. Auto reschedule for wednesday night 9 to 11. I order some pooja item and sweet. They failed to deliver on time it suppose to deliver monday night before 9. They hold my money till sunday till i cancelled order. No response and they are giving excuse.
They are promising 150 percent on missing item. Here complete order was ok missed out. I tried to request for delivery they didn't. I asked to credit at least 20 perecent but no
They give excuse that weather reason. If weather reason than 3rd shouldn't delivered to my place.
All item was missing and i want raise 150 percent claim on failure of entire order item missing. Next day morning after 8.30 i cancelled after having word thorough chat and delivery of 3 rd order.
No phone calls or apologies or anything from the. It is cheap attitude towered consumer
Consumer law concern they failed to deliver item on time and i have waited at least 12 hours for update and delivery. Till now no response i got. Horrible experience with them. Was this information helpful? |
