Grofers — double payment for single delivery

I placed an order to grofer on 1 april 2018 order id gr[protected] but my order was not successful due to technical error hence i had placed the order again with order id gr[protected] on same date but amount got debited for both the orders from my caredit card ending with *1114 however i have only received one order.
I have been chasing your team almost a month but there is no progress & no update on my refund.
Pls look into it & help me in getting my amount refund. Thanks
