I have been waiting for the delivery of my order since the past 10 days and not yet received them. Instead i have been provided with false and incorrect inforamtion. My order have been rescheduled twice without my consent.
Kindly assist me with this, and i believe there would be many others who would be experiencing the same.
Below are the scenarios as per the date:
30 apr 2018 - order was placed in grofers with payment done online and scheduled to be delivered on 04 may2018.
04 may 2018 - received a call in the morning from the grofers delivery representative at around 08.00 am mentioning that he will be at my place in a while to deliver the product. But he did not turned up. I contacted him again and he said will come in evening hours as have another deliveries. I contacted him at late evening around 8.00 and his response was "i have reached home and do not know who will be getting your order". During the whole day i was trying to communicate with grofers with no success about the progress of my order, but they are least bothered. I received an sms from grofers that your delivery have been rescheduled for 08 may 2018 as per my request. So, here arises the question:
1. When did i requested for rescheduling the delivery?
2. I was not even contacted by grofers, why?
07 may 2018 - i received a call from grofers team claming them-self to be from the escalation team. He started giving me all the excuses and reasons and explaining me that there was an issue with the operations, because of which the order was rescheduled. Also, to my surprise i receive an sms from grofers on 7 may mentioning that 2 items are not available. So, my questions over here are:
1. If it would have been an operations issue, why wasn't i informed it at the start of the day or why did your representative did not informed me about it?
2. Why was i given incorrect information by your representative?
3. If 2 items were not available, what did your representative took with him for delivery on friday (4 may 2018)?
08 may 2018 - waiting for the grofers delivery person to call me until 6.00 pm, when i thought of calling the person (Mithun as showing in the app), but he did not answered the call. Finally he answered the call at 8.00 pm and told me that the delivery won't be done today. To my surprise my order have again been rescheduled for 12 may 2018, which i was communicated at 8.30 pm.
Have been writing email to grofers since then, but seems they do not care of even responding to customers.
09 may 2018 - finally i receive a message from grofers which says, due to operational issue the order was not delivered and as per my request, it has been rescheduled.
1. When did i requested to reschedule the order?
