[Resolved]  Grofers — money deducted but not place order

Sir/madam,
I ordered goods from grofers app and chose to pay with paytm upi on 08 april 2020.
So i added rs.1431 in my paytm upi. But when i entered the 'pay and place order' option it shows transaction failed. But money was also deducted and my order did not place. So i lost my money.
I request you to take necessary actions and help me with this regard as rs. 1431 is not small amount.
