I cancelled the order from grofers on 3rd July 2020 of ₹1452 for which I had made online payment. After several complaints, they added refund amount to Grofers wallet, deducted it on 25th July 2020 to credit it to my bank account. Still I have not received any refund. It's more than 1month I have cancelled my order. They are using my money. Also, my credit card company has charged me this amount. I have to pay this sum as they have not refunded it on time. From where do I bring extra money in such situation. Now my bank will charge me around 1500₹ finance charges if I don't pay this amount. My mental harassment, torture & false hopes form Grofers is a different issue. I am really fed up of them. They just give the excuse of technical issue & ask 2 wait for 2-4days. I want my refund, late payment Interest charges & compensation for mental harassment & waste of time.
