This is with reference to Order No. ORD[protected]. The partially order has been delivered today 27.03.21.
Early morning we have required paste and find that it was missed.
The issue was raised with Groffers customer care and refund of Rs.235/- initiated.
But when matched the list of product it was found that the total seven item is missing.
Again we contacted with coustmer care, the delivery executive visited my home and tally the product and find 7 product is missing approx of Rs.1000/-.
Same told to their Manager.
After this my account is blocked and when I tried to costumer care they simply told that all item was delivered.
I have recived single orange bag and one 10 kg atta packet.
If they delivered all item than please send the video of packing team.
Confirm that single orange bag carrying 20 item ?
Please send my remaining order or refund my ammount.
I am trying to contact CEO of Groffers through mail but no response came till now.
This was happened many time that some item was missing from my order.
But this time large item is missing and they simply told that all item was delivered.
This is fraud company.The delivery executive not response any query and customer care blocked my account without any response. Was this information helpful? |
