Grofers — pathetic and irresponsible service.

Have ordered few groceries with order id : ord[protected] on 25th october which was showing in the app for next days delivery. However after making the payment it shows 28th october but it did not delivered when contacted delivery boy he said next day (29th cot) it will be delivered. Now again they have recheduled it to 30th october.

It seems grofers is not increasingly becoming careless company as they are growing.

Ofcourse customer needs to think about switching to competitor who provides better service.
