Grofers — products not delivered and no responsible support from grofer | |||||
I have placed an order with payment mode as sodexo machine on grofers. At the time of delivery i had called delivery boy to ensure to have sodexo machine because i have chosen sodexo as payment... But when i called only he said there is a problem with sodexo machine... Till i call him, they did not report this issue... However i have understood their concern amd asked to deliver it the next day and he accepted to deliver products next day morning... I was waiting for the delivery on next day... But none contacted me... Then i have contacted grofers for the undelivered products... They said they will deliver it two days later... But they promised to deliver it on next day morning... I think grofers is using single sodexo machine for entire chennai circle... Why grofers is giving option to choose delivery time slots... Because grocery products are to be delivered as soon as possible... But if they delay yhe delivery customers can buy it from stores next ro them right? Why did u promise the delivery time and changed it later without my knowledge... I have my commitments right... You can't reschedule based on your comfortable time... I am gonna send the delivery boy back cancelling the products. .2nd time ordered products in grofers... Worst experience both the time...1st time also they did not bring soadexo machine... Irresponsible service feom grofers... Keep it up for yhe growth of bussiness and consumer services... Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
