I am have an issue with the order I placed on 1 January 2022. The item nature protect disinfectant spray came damaged and spoiled the cookies. And all the items were covered in spray. I requested refund the same day and was told that refund of 204rs was initiated on 4 January. Today is 17th January I still have not received my refund. The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Spoke to Akshay he is very rude. No refund received. And no help was granted to me. I need my refund please help me. Grofers have extremely rude customer service and they do not help at all. I have not received my refund or replacement. Please assist me. Order ID ORD[protected]. I have already contacted gpay and they informed that no credit has been received. And Grofers is not helping me. I am in distress and anxiety. Please help me.
