I was trying to place order of rs456 on Blinkit app formerly known as grofers. However the amount was deducted from Paytm wallet and order was not placed. On reaching to customer service of blinkit they said that due to technical issue the amount got debited and I will receive a refund of the amount in the original payment method. Still on this day I've not received the refund and the Grofers(blinkit) customer service keeps on saying new thing or the other. I have contacted the Paytm wallet team for any update on refund but it's not reflecting. I either want my refund on the source or in wallet.
