I am sharing one recent incidents
I am recently order from online app on 3 july 2020
Grofers accepted my order of approximate rs 4000/- (Essential items only) when me place the order he give me option of membership but i am not interested for membership so i am placing orders with taking membership. Than he accepted my order & give a delivery date on 09- july 2020. When i am check my order status on 8 july delivery is rescheduled on 16 july 2020. Grofers rescheduled my order without my confirmation & not inform to me no any notification & call received from your side.
Than i am calling to coustomer care and asked the reason for rescheduled my order and reason for not informing me. Thay not provide any proper reason to reschedule my order. They're rescheduled my order because i am not a member of grofers. And i am not talking membership of grofers. After 1 hours discussed with 2 consumer care person still no any solution provider to me. I am not understanding if you provide the delivery date 9 july how you reschedule my delivery date 10 or 11 july. How could you reschedule it's on 16 july without confirm to coustomer & still the coustomer care person is not provide any solution. If you not provide services why you are launched this type of online app or how could you compet with other.
My worst experience with grofers.
