[Resolved] Grofers — since 18th april before the lockdown i am awaiting my order ord[protected] even though the are accepting new orders | |
I placed my order on 18th march and its 8th april today and i still haven't got my order and dont know when i will. Their app showed many days they were accepting new orders but they didn't deliver my order not even yet. Today again when i opened the app, they are saying they are open to accept new orders and are guaranting delivery within 72 hours but i just cant seemy to understand what crime i have done that they cannot deliver my order when they can accept new orders. I have been ordering grocery from grofers from past few years and they are taking advantage of this pandemic to treat me lower than others, not to mention i paid in advance by cc. Seems like i will have to wait forever to get my order while they fulfil customers who are benefiting them more at the moment. Very sad and depressing service by grofers.
