Grofers — The order is showing that it is delivered but didn't receive that and I have paid online.

I have ordered an order(ORD[protected] executive Vivek [protected] but the order is delivered and showing delivered in phone. And I have paid online for it. I have a loss of 2436 rupees please solve the issue immediately.
