I had redeemed 1750 win win points on 2nd july for kadak tea when the terms and conditions mentioned that the minimum order value was rs 1000. When i ordered, i was not getting kadak tea for free rather the customer care said that there is a technical glitch and they will refund the amount for the product after i complete the order. I completed the order and asked them to refund wherein they said that they will refund the points only. The customer support cheated me here. Then when i took this to social. Media platforms, they assured that in the next order i can have the product for free. But now i see that the terms have been changed. The problem is transparency. I don't have any proof because they don't send a email when points are claimed. They should send an email with all the terms and conditions so that there is transparency.
