[Resolved] Groovy Fashion — Prepaid order placed for mens jacket but not delivered

I have placed an order no 70342 for mens jacket of amount Rs 350/- on 11.01.2022. But till date they have not delivered the jacket. Customer care number is not working and online status of order is not available.
Please refund my money or arrange for delivery of my stuff.

I have tried to write mails to company but seems to be wrong email ID and telephone mobile number is also invalid. They have not send a confirmation message till date even after 20 days of order no 70342 dtd 11.01.22. Company is not taking any action I want my money back.
