Groupon India — Group not refunding my money back | |||
I received the Groupon order # 98633ECED4 - Kawachi Group - Blue Wardrobe Organizer Pack worth Rs 999 on 5-June-15 and did not like the product as they were quality issues. I immediately sent an email for cancellation of my order on 5-June-15. I received a response that goods cannot be taken back as they are not defective or damage. What should I do in case I did not like the product, the pictures were deceptive on the website and the quality is not good. This is cheating and betraying the customers. I spoke to the Groupon customer care and they refused to take the product back. I would need your help in getting my money back or at least have my groupon account credited with Rs 999 so that I can order another product which is not deceptive. Please help me in this regards.
