Description-
So this was my first transaction with nearbuy.com. Even though i could find so many negetive reviews on quora about the company, i decided to give it a go. And this turned out to be a horrible experience and to my misfortune nightmare come true.
I wanted to purchase the kfc 4pcs of hot n crispy chicken + 2 regular fries + 2 regular pepsi valid for 2 person(S) pack for rs. 337.50. Everything went on right till the time my account was debited with rs. 337.50 and i got one page stating that
"transaction failed
Oops ! Something went wrong. Please retry purchasing your order again".
Worst of all 'no order number or refund ticket' was issued. Just a screen stating crap. Then i waited for some time with a hope that i will get a mail regarding my failed transaction. But absolutely no. "neither message nor mail". I felt helpless. Their customer care number is also a paid number, which i don't feel resolve any issues.
I am a frequent online shopper, but even the worst sites provide a number for failed transaction. But this is the first site that doesn't provide any such details. My question is why do we have to scratch our head so much ???
I checked for some similar complaints, and i found one consumer named sheryl soans with same type of complaint, the screen shot of which i am attaching herewith.
I request the person who so ever concern to kindly resolve the issue asap failing which i won't mind to approach the appellate authority. I repeat more than money, it's about the trust that you people are loosing.
