Groupon India / Nearbuy — amount not refunded | |
Purchase ID[protected]Attaching the confirmation mail from Nearbuy for the refund amount) Bought a coupon from Nearbuy but bymistake I redeemed it myself. So when I checked with the merchant, they asked me to provide the confirmation mail from Nearbuy. I called back Nearbuy and informed the same but the customer executive Mr. Sanotsh told me that they don't have such provision and to reach merchant location and he would confirm on call itself for which merchant wasn't ready. Merchant told me that without confirmation mail from Nearbuy, I can't avail the service. Some 2-3 hours got wasted because of this chaos. Finally I asked Nearbuy customer care executive Mr.Santosh if it's possible to cancel the coupon and if money would be refunded for the same for which he replied it's possible and he would cancel the same. Even sent me a confirmation mail that money would be refunded. This incident happened on May 11th, 2019. Till date haven't received refund amount and even after multiple calls to Nearbuy, it's of no use. Was this information helpful? | |
