Groupon India / Nearbuy — fake promise regarding credits | |
I purchased few coupons in nearbuy.com for which i got refund (Credits) as promised. These credits validity was about to get expire and i had no plans to purchase at that time, hence i checked with their customer care support team through mail. They replied stating that "let credits get expires, please let us know when you want to avail the credits at that time we will extend the credits for 3 days of time". Now when i requested them to extend the credits, unfortunately they refused to do the needful as promised. They are saying that their terms have been changed now and cannot fulfill their promise.
