I just purchased 5 barbeque nation in nearbuy. Nearbuy promised of providing a amazing experience but the food in the barbeque nation was not to the mark and prawn and mutton was very raw and smelling. So, i tried calling nearbuy from the restaurant but unfortunately i can't able to contact them as their working hours are limited. So, i wrote a mail mentioning all my issues and asked for a solution because i paid inr 3550/- nearbuy also promised for providing me a full refund if i don't get the amazing experience. But at last they are helping and cheating me. This shows that nearbuy is providing fake promise and not even responding my call. They promised to refund my money if i don't get a proper and amazing experience.
As said they should refund my money. I have also attached screenshot that they promised to refund.
