[Resolved] Groupon India / Nearbuy — Hotel | |||||
Sir, I did booking in Hari Mahal Hotel in jaipur through Groupon application. And it showed the booking at 2499 in main hotel, which can be checked on its website now also. But when we reached hotel, they offered us the room in service appartment which was combined lobby room behind the main hotel and was not acceptable to us. So I called groupon but they replied that they cant do anything. And because of that we had to search for other hotel at 12:00 in midnight which caused so much of problem. And till now Groupon has not returned my money, Total amount was 4499Rs. I want strict action should be taken as these kind of applications mislead tourists and when we reach destination, we have to face problems.
