[Resolved] Groupon India / Nearbuy — No proper mail regarding my service when booked | |||
Pethetic service by Nearbuy where I booked a travel service checking all the details in the app(which showed some details in brief) but no proper email was send to me for the same. Neither did the hotel received any information regarding my stay or service. I was made to wait half n hour at reception and again half and hour every time I was about to avail any service promised to me as they(Hotel) themselves did not have any information regarding the same. Called up the customer care and spoken to Ms. Divya where she told me to check all the details from the app when buying the service and that nearby is not responsible for the mail not being sent to me and hotel AS IF IT WAS MY MISTAKE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN MORE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE. No ownership of the customer and due to all these reasons had a pathetic stay. Was this information helpful? | |||
