Groupon India / Nearbuy — no refund even after 27 days

On 14th may by mistake, i choose a different chilli’s outlet and paid. Afterward i again made the same amount payment to the correct chili’s outlet situated at ambience mall, ambience island.

It has been close to a month and the nearbuy guys are not refunding my money, on each and every call they say wait for 48 hours.

I have been calling them and mailing them but no solid response, again and again, they say to wait for 48 hours.

This is really frustrating, how much time does it take to resolve a query, it has been a month.

Just to mention that the amount to refund is 4394 and it's a huge amount..
