Hi i bought a coupon worth rs 999 in vlcc beauty care. I booked a slot before 3 days and i went on that day they are saying there is no staff on that day without prior intimation.
Pl cancel my coupon number ntv93rs for vlcc beauty care srinagar colony hyd. You have not even given the option of cancellation in the app. I need an immediate response to this please

I did not get any notification regarding any expiration...and when I went to restaurant ...I found it that it has been redeemed...I never did redeem the voucher.

how am I supposed to know that my voucher is expiring??

Need ans to my ques...and strongly believe that the Nearbuy should refund the amount...or replace my Voucher.

Please cancel my coupon as they have mention 100% refund if cancelled by user but I don't find the option to cancel
