Groupon India / Nearbuy — voucher expired and their customer care number does not work nor email support

I have purchased a voucher, which seemed expired since their APP stopped working. Tried to reach them on the phone, there customer support number had stopped working for more than 2 weeks, So tried email support.

Manish Khatana from the support responded saying he will add the credit and after couple of emails, he stopped responding.

They have come up with New customer care number but, it disconnects when you select any option in IVR. No option to go no where.

We have purchased nearbuy.com food coupons and cancelled it . We haven’t received the refunded amount yet and there is no response to the support email or customer care. They are cheating the customers and loosing the trust of the customers.I have been trying to reach them since 10 days and not receiving any response
