[Resolved] Groupon India — Product delivery not done / refund also not done | |||||
I had placed an order of a Magic Mop from Groupon on 30th October. The committed delivery as within 10 days. It has been 19 days today, that the product has not been delivered. Till 7th November product was lying at the origin city and after that date, there is no update on dispatch status. Even after 3-4 calls to the call centre, issue escalation, talking to supervisors, neither the product has been delivered nor has the payment refund been made. They are just making fools out of the customers, by promising 10 days, taking 20 days to deliver products in a world where other e-commerce players are sending products in 1-2 days. Currently my money has gone from my account and even after 19 days, I do not have the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
