Groupon India — Product not delivered as promised | |||
I had booked a Bean Bag on 12/03/15 on the website GROUPON INDIA and had paid Rs.1299. The delivery period was given as within 10 days of the order. The expected delivery was within 22/03/15, but there was no shipment till 20/03/15. Upon contacting there customer support I was given a shipment track AWB number, which again proved wrong as the Shipper told they had not delivered the product for shipment and they are waiting for the same from GROUPON. I again contacted GROUPON and they again assured me that the shipment will be delivered within promised time but since 22/03/15 falls on SUNDAY, the delivery will be made on next working day i.e on 23/03/15 which again proved wrong. I called them again and they assured me that the same will be resolved within 24-48 hours. But there was neither any communication nor any delivery within such period. And after expiry of 14 days, 15th being today, I am clueless about the delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||
