[Resolved]  Groupon — Not following the terms laid in the deal

Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a deal from groupon's travel desk worth rs10000 for stay in nani retreats, however after a day I get a call stating that the deal can be only made available in 14000 for the dates that I had selected, and this was no where mentioned in the term & condition of the deal. All the travel booking made by me had to be cancelled.This is a good example of how they are bluffing customers . At one place they lure users by reduced rates and discount percentages and if a consumer opts for any of the deals, they ask for extra amount. Strict action should be taken against GROUPON.
