[Resolved] Gruha Kalyan — Carnation project-refund cheque bounce

Booked a flat may along with my brother in law (2 flats, we paid one lakh each). Same day we came to know that the land is not in gruhakalyan name. Went for cancellation. We got post dated cheque on 11th may 2016 for 75 working days to be submitted on aug31 2016. The cheques - both of them bounced. Upon calling gk they are asking for more time. Pl. Help us to get our booking amount back

Updated by Namitha Myself and Brother in law booked 2 flats at Carnation project in May. Same day we came to know that the land is not in GK name. Got the booking cancelled on 11th May and got PDC for booking amount to be submitted after 75 working days that is for 31st Aug 2016. Both the cheques bounced. There is no response from GK team, Called Zayed who asked me to call back after sometime since he was travelling and later never picked call or bothered to call back

Please help to get refund of our booking amount

I booked flat and went for cancellation, i got post dated cheque and not got the money back. even i sent a mail to [protected]@gruhakalyan. there is no response. Please do not trust. Please find attached bounced cheque.

They have listed out almost 20 apartments, even they have not started atleast one and collecting money from all.
I do not know what Govt is doing about these kind of cheaters.
