I've booked a prelaunch offer flat from gruha kalyan builders and i was hopefully beleived and i made my 2 other friends to book a flat with them but they cheated us and now still we are suffering for the 7 lakhs we lost still..it's a huge amount for us and even we lost our jewels too..please help us to get our money faster asap...it would be a great help for us...

My name is SATISH B V I have booked a flat in GRUHAKALYAN PVT LTD at bannerghatta road Carnation project by paying Rs. 840000/-, but company closed in December 2016 after company owner Sachin Nayak arrested on fraud case. I have filed a police complaint and consumer Court case and obtained a decree of compensation with interest. Please help me to get my hard earned money back as soon as possible.

I have ordered Rajkot bangle from the site by selecting part payment not knowing it is not gold bangle

After full payment of rs 35868 i have noticed it is not gold and want to cancel the order,
They are saying 10% reduction in the amound if we cancel the order, such a cheaters and not even replying to emails whatsup and phone also. Pathetic service and money looters

I want to get back my money immediately

We have approved 30 house for society at Kasturinagar Shertha para Vistar.
But here at the last 30 number house made some illegal extra house for taking rent from some company at residencial area.

At the followed by map there was a road and parking area for socity but because of talati and Sarpanch we not able to do any thing.

You just take action on it otherwise we are going to Joint secratory Sri. D L Parmar for this metter.

I have booked a flat in gruha kalyan domlur erica project in dec 2015, when they did not start the construction even after 12 months we demanded them for refund, they provided cancellation commitment letter & within few weeks their office at hsr layout was closed, later made a police complaint, fir, legal. Notice etc but till today no result
It seems they have paid portion of the amount to builders but the builders have forefited the amount because they did not fulfill the agreement so atleast the amount which was paid to builders should be brought back in order to make repayments

Myself visited gruhakalyan on 23 11 2016 to book one flat at gladiolus and paid an advance of rs. 50000/= via credit card.

Myself got some uneasyness with developer and cancelled my booking on 26 11 2018 with developer. Cancellation made and they have told that with in week time check will be sent. Employee name of gruha kalyan is mr manjunath and id is gk/sl/1520.
After calling person week time, he told that md is in singapore. After his return check will be sent.
After some time his phone is out of contact.

After visiting gk office at ramamurtynagar branch, the same branch is locked and came to know that gruha kalyan cheeted me.

I have booked a flat with gruha kalyan in orchid ii project which is two bed room and paid rs. 5lakhs 95 thousand. Since two years they have not started the project and we are trying to reach them and they are not answering phone. When we went to their office, we were informed that they have shifted since they are renovating their office. Now i am trying to contact them to know status and their office is closed and no one is responding. Need help to recover my money. Please let me know if anyone knows the contact no. Or address to catch hold these cheaters.

If any of you have been cheated in the ORCHID II project of Gruha Kalyan please contact me so that we can make a group and take legal or any suitable action against this cheaters and recover our hard earned money. we should not be silent victims. we should raise our voice and bring this criminals to jail. thanks.

They have given me a cheque of rs 98 thousand but cheque got bounced then i went to court but no luck. Court is asking me to find them as they are not available in their office. Office is closed now. Hi, i have booked the flat in gladious project near manyata as they said in oct 2016. But later i came to know that this company is fraud so i canceled my booking but they didn't returned my money. I paid 1 lakh to them.

I tried calling them multiple time but no response and even all their mobile numbers doesn't exist anymore.
Please help to get our hard earned money back from this cheat people.

They said that project will be completed by january 2017, And i have paid 6, 25000rs.. i have all the records of payment. now no one are responding to my calls, when i visited their office couple of times, the security said that they have shifted their office, And that office is shut down. when will i get back my hard earned money.. pls refund my money which i have paid.

On the above mentioned date we had booked 2 flats adressing bearing survey no. 26/1 situated at nagawara village, kasaba hobli, bangalore north taluk, now there is no contact from them and we called to their number it says the number is incorrect. Gruha kalyan — aster project invested 7 lakhs

We have invested 7 lacs on dec 2015 for aster project in itpl, they showed empty land with one independent house & when we asked about demolition they told some stories and promised us the construction starts in june 2016. We have waited till a year. Now all the office is closed and no further contact available as all the numbers are switched off. Please provide us the details on the action taken to find the frauds and get the money back. Please update us on the action taken in regards to the issue.

I wanted to share a short struggle story of my life, I'm a hard working lad just 23 yrs old, was planning to purchase my dream (Home). I worked hard and was dreaming to owe my dream house and paid down payment of Rs.225000 with a great struggle to Gruha Kalyana(Rose). Me and my my younger brother (16yrs) stay together, My parents passed away when I was around 16, some how with great struggle I completed my M.com and taking care of my brother, no one came in front to look after us when my parents passed away. We grow with great struggle with no proper food, sleep or money. So please don't cheat people like us, we already lost many things in our life, please still u people don't do these things to people like us, because it's our hard working money. Plz plz plz don't play with an common man's life. God will look after for this...

I felt very bad to know about your matter.. i am also a victim of gruha kalyan... i think u had information now that this fraud company is allready highlighted and government is looking after about Fraud Case... Karnataka's Chief Minister has handover this Fraud Case to CID Department..they have assured that of Refund Money of all Customers in 1 to 2 years. So, CID Department had requested to submit all details of booking flats from Customers as soon as possible. We all Customers of Gruha kalyan had submitted all details of booking Flats to CID Department for return of our hard earned money.. did you submit your all details about booking Flats to CID Department, Bangalore ? if not then do it immediately ... you can contact me if you need any guidance.. my contact number - [protected]

I booked 4 units on[protected] in the above project. Towards initial booking amount an immediate payment was released for 4 units which amounts to 1 lakh. Was swift and wise enough to issue a stop payment notice to my bank (Idbi in this case) the very next day when their documents did not come in proper order. So you can say i was saved by another 4 lakks (@ 1 lakh per unit).
But even 1 lakh is a hard earned money for me. Will like to join any or all groups to lodge a case not only against gruha kalyan, but also against all supporting agencies / directly or indirectly to teach them a good lesson. All fraudulent activities can only stop only when we come together & fight against such evils relentlessly. So let us fight back.

Mr Mahipal Singh (Mobile No. [protected]) and Mr. Jitendra Pradhan (Mobile [protected]), Ms Indulekha (Mobile [protected]) and Mr. Chennappa (Mobile-[protected]) their employees were customer support officer. I have been told that the construction will commence from 1st August 2016 and then after told that due to some reason it will start after Puja. In due course demonetization came into effect since 8th Nov and again I have been told that maximum by January, 2017 the construction will start.
I was offered a 3 BHK Flat @ 14.25 lakhs and 1 BHK Flat @ 7.25 Lakhs, the total amount for the both flats were fully paid to them at the time of booking. Now the project itself is not there and on same place building work is going on by some other builder. All the offices of their have been closed; Ram Moorthy Nagar, HSR layout AND all the mobile numbers are either switched off or are out of service. All information have been erased from their web. It was my hard core earned money not sure whom to contact so that the money is to be refunded.
I request all of you who are sufferer may contact each other so that collectively we may make the efforts to get back our money and ask court to punish them.

I am Shiva, Invested 3.5 lacs, initially, on Nov 2015 for Mystic Devanahalli project. I was told by Murthy and Sneha to swap to other projects, Devenahalli project will be delayed for one year and they stopped bookings. Later they showed me ROSE project at Marathhalli outskirts. I later paid full amount of 8 lacs and got their documents. Now their office is seized and non of them are reachable.

Please help me out to get my hard earned money back as i am an employee in private coy.
