Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we have been using your DTDC service for the last 5 years and the courier packets have been delivered to the address on the envelop.
But the courier packet sent on 9.1.16 vide Docket No.M30110408 from Indore to Delhi was not delivered and returned back by your DTDC Meera Bagh Branch, Delhi with remark "ADDRESS NOT FOUND".Whereas the address was put on by seal and not even handwritten also. The address was very clear in every detail. But it was returned. It may be some mistake or oversight with the person. You have caused so much inconvenience and delay in our work.
Attached herewith the detail tracking results for your kind reference.
Please look in to where about of the packet and deliver to the address as early as possible.
