Gsatechworld — they didn't finish my project

I made a deal with GSAtechworld in regard to creating a mobile app for me. They ended up not completing the app development as agreed and they did not make any refunds. I feel very disappointed with the outcome of this deal and I don't think that I'll be working with them in the future. I also do not advise anyone to do any form of business with them. I am very disappointed and I have to start my work all over again.
