Gsquare Housing — Haven't received refund even after 6 months from cancellation

I had locked a plot in one of the GSquare projects in Chennai by paying an initial deposit of ₹98, 000 on 19th of August 2023. I was informed that the initial deposit will be refunded if l decide not to go ahead with the plot procurement.

Due to some personal reasons l was not able to proceed further with the procurement so l cancelled my booking request within the next two days. It has been more than 6 months now and l am still awaiting my refund. GSquare Housing is not returning my initial deposit, also there is no proper response from the team.

I am having the same experience with G-Square. Booked a property and cancelled it. They are not providing the refund even after 6 months. Total fraud company. PLease don't book anything with them.
