I had booked a plot in Synergy paying an advance of 1 Lakh. They had promised that they would refund the advance when I cancel it. However, they are taking more than 6 months to return the amount. I cancelled it because there was delay in getting the plot ready. Be very aware. Don't buy anything from G-Square
