GSRTC E-Ticket Refund — E-TICKET CANCELLED REFUND PAYMENT

My complaint is that I booked 3 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 26/10/2014 from Surat to Ahmedabad in 2x2 AC Luxury class. My PNR no. is G8585053 and trip code is 1615KSDSRTSLP15. My total bus fair is Rs. 345/-. My Journey time was 9.00 a.m. On my travel date, 04-02-15 reached RAJJKOT bus station at 9.00 P.M. and inquired about my sliper bus by mistact form my ticket cancel in not refund on my a/c
