I booked a bus to pick me up from Surat kamrej bus stand to Vadodara Makarpura bus depot. Once I received the ticket, I tracked the bus online using the bus number and found out the bus that was scheduled to pick me up at 4:11 pm has left before 4 pm. Not only did the bus leave 15 minutes before it's scheduled time, the bus did not wait for a considerable time and I did not receive a single call from the crew onboard. Moreover, I was not able to contact the crew myself as no crew number was provided in the message.
I request a complete refund for this journey as the bus left before its scheduled time, I did not receive any updates regarding this from the crew, and I couldn't contact the crew myself as no contact number was given
