GTU — give both exam in one sem

Hello. I m student of degree computer engineering in gtu at atmiya collage rajkot. My name is trivedi stuti. My enrolment num is[protected]. This is my 2nd year but due to some health issues i should take drop in this year 2017-18. Now i want to give both sem 3 and 4 fresh exam in this even semester exam (Summer 2018). So i don't waste my one year. Is it possible? Plz guide me.
