Hi guaranteed is a rental company based out of bangalore (Indra nagar) for renting appliances & other stuff. We rented out a refridgerator from them which broke down after 3 months & its 6-7 days we did not a replacement for it.
Daily they say it will be delivered & daily they postpone it. We submitted complaint on 2nd may. Their replacement window is 48 hours as per their promise. Kindly take a strict action against these frauds as they give bad quality product to consumers & when problem comes they do not take care of it. Was this information helpful? |
