I was take a bed on rent from guaranteed and they delivered different bed (iron bed) but i was book wooden rubber bed and that time bet not in stock so they provide me iron bed and i got the mail for we will deliver the bed before 28Dec, and today date is 15Jan still not deliver the bed.
I have again raise a request for the same on 9th Jan and same receive a mail and in that mail mention we will delivered before 15th Jan still not delivered.

I have all mail conversations.

Please look into this.

Hi guaranteed is a rental company based out of bangalore (Indra nagar) for renting appliances & other stuff. We rented out a refridgerator from them which broke down after 3 months & its 6-7 days we did not a replacement for it.
Daily they say it will be delivered & daily they postpone it. We submitted complaint on 2nd may. Their replacement window is 48 hours as per their promise. Kindly take a strict action against these frauds as they give bad quality product to consumers & when problem comes they do not take care of it.
