Last time we got billed amount sent via sms only the amt that was INR1989 for march-april and the meter reading was not send with this sms nor anyone came from the electricity board to check the meter reading and now for month may-jun they had send the hard copy of bill with INR 4500 around and they do had came this time to check the meter then my question is last time they didn't came to check the meter reading then how come they had send an SMS and now this time hard copy along with meter reading checked physically how we can believe that they had deducted the meter reading of March-april from this time reading.
